My home purchase was a complete rehab. Ward handled the whole project which included new roof, new plumbing, gas conversion, new siding, new flooring, new Sheetrock, new interior and exterior paint, new lighting, new porch and kitchen and bathroom remodels. Ward did it all. He also handled all the unforeseen horrors like termite damage, hidden fireplaces and crumbling foundations. Truly if he wasn’t so good at his job I would have been tempted to abandon the whole house to the elements. He’s very meticulous and thorough. He keeps you well informed about each stage of the project. He returns calls promptly and keeps appointments. He doesn’t waste your time. He does what you ask in the contract but he doesn’t try to gouge you if you make a change. I highly recommend him for any job.

I was talking with a friend about extending my deck. She provided me with pictures and Mr. Ward's number. I reach out to him about providing me an estimate. He sat a date and time to meet me. I was very impressed with his punctuality, professionalism, and how he explained the entire process to me. I was must grateful for him taking time to ensure I understood everything that was required. I would have never thought I had to reroute my gutter, but he identified that and shared a couple of ideas to me to help reduce cost. He even found ways to minimize the amount of wood we had to use. He is very customer oriented and friendly. He did such a good job on my deck I also had him do some painting on the inside. All the work Mr. Ward did for me was top notch. I highly recommend you use him for any of your construction needs.
BTW: my family and friends love the deck!
